Tornado Recovery Update for Saturday, April 27th
Thank you all for your continued prayers, helping hands, and resources you have provided for all those impacted by the tornadoes and storms. Today we were blessed with an outpouring of support, volunteers, and supplies. We are helping as many as we can.
During this time of extreme need, we also know our faith brings with it the same joy and peace. In times like this, we turn to God. With this in mind, weekend Masses will be celebrated per our normal schedule in addition to two 1st Eucharist Masses. We pray that the great joy of the sacrament, time with family, and celebration with our community at Mass will unite us all. Gift cards and donations will be collected in the collection baskets during weekend masses. For this reason, we will not be coordinating volunteer groups from St. Patrick's tomorrow or accepting tangible donations.
On Sunday, April 28th, starting at 7:30 a.m. at Relevant Church (21220 Elkhorn Drive), the Omaha Rapid Response Team will continue coordinating volunteer and recovery efforts in Elkhorn. If you, your family, friends or someone you know was affected by the storm, please contact Omaha Rapid Response.
